JOIN AN ELITE & UNIQUE TEAM OF MOTIVATED PROFESSIONALS

At NEP, we like to challenge ourselves, which is why we picked one of the toughest fields in the industry: Fitness and Human Performance. We're not just your everyday personal trainers and strength coaches. No, we're a lot more than that. We pride ourselves in being ahead of the game in terms of knowledge and education, innovation and technology, program design, and interpersonal skills. We work with most all demographics, youth to older adults, and we want to grow,. And most importantly, yes, we desire your help.

"Success is no accident. It is hard work, perseverance, learning, studying, sacrifice and most of all, love of what you are doing or learning to do." - Pele

OUR STORY

New Era Performance was created on the ideas of quality, professionalism, and trust. As we all know, the fitness industry and it's regulations are like the wild west, meaning, anyone can be a so-called "personal trainer" or "strength coach" at any time just by taking a basic ten minute online exam. Although we don't personally condone it, we have to accept the reality that there are those "professionals" out there. Complaints aside [end rant], we're now setting a new standard and are here to be a voice for the good guys (and girls!). As our mission statement states, "We are committed to providing unique, research-based fitness, performance, and nutrition practices while creating a welcoming environment that inspires those individuals with the objective to achieve a specific goal. Our strategic and progressive process enables you to become aware of, and incorporate choices and actions toward, improving the value of one’s self-efficacy in order to achieve that goal"Starting off as a brand associated with just fitness training, we have since expanded to offer over 30 different program options to a very large variety of clientele demographics, and that's just scratching the surface of what we want to accomplish.

Together, let's build a culture that inspires and motivates everyone involved for years to come.

New Era Performance is an equal opportunity employer. We do not discriminate on the basis of race, religion, color, national origin, gender, sexual orientation, age, marital status, veteran status, or disability status. Furthermore, we believe that diversity leads to stronger teams, better services, and more successful companies. Come join us as we tackle the hard problems we love and build an enduring brand in the process.
