ANDREW BARSUHN, MS, CSCS, CISSN
Andrew is a recent graduate of the University of Tampa’s Master of Exercise and Nutrition Science program, He is a certified strength coach and sports nutritionist. Andrew also loves to talk about all things food, strength sports, and video games. Throughout his detailed career, Andrew has had the opportunity to coach many athletes anywhere from the weight room to the pool, and finds the continous eagerness and inquisitiveness that is displayed quite refreshing
DYLAN CASPAR, BS, CSCS
A graduate of Queens University of Charlotte, Caspar completed his degree in sports and exercise science while also spending four years serving as a strength and conditioning coach for lacrosse, softball, tennis, golf, basketball, and soccer. Caspar has also gained experience working with Charlotte Country Day School and Clemson University. Caspar is CSCS certified through the NSCA and is s also working on earning his Master’s Degree in Exercise and Sports Science.
JAMES RAYFIELD, BS, CSCS
James is a graduate of Lenoir-Rhyne University. He is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist from the NSCA. Post college he has worked hard to further his knowledge of strength and conditioning as well as nutrition and human performance. James has experience working with high school and college soccer and lacrosse players as well as your average adults just looking to look and feel better in their daily life. You can often catch him with a book in hand but don’t like that stop you from introducing yourself.
JEBEDIAH STEVENS, BS, CSCS
Coach Stevens served in the United States Marine Corps for more than 4 years before attending UNC Charlotte graduating with a Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science with a concentration in Strength and Conditioning. He’s been playing rugby for the last 5 years between the Men’s Charlotte Barbarians Rugby Club and as a starting player for the 2016-2017 Nationally Ranked UNCC Division II Men’s Rugby Club. Coach Stevens is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) with the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA) and is a certified Kettlebell Instructor with StrongFirst.
TYLER JONES, BS, CPT
Tyler, a graduate in Kinesiology from East Carolina University and has worked in the fitness field since 2014. Tyler recognized his passion for fitness shortly after his collegiate baseball career and has been dedicated ever since. Bringing a diverse skill set, Tyler loves what he does and believes that the most rewarding thing is to see a client reach a fitness goal in the most sufficient way. “I’m here to go through the process with you and to help you become stronger, faster, leaner, or healthier.”

CASSANDRA CLARK, MS, RD, LDN
Cassandra attended Ithaca College and earned her Bachelor of Science Degree in Exercise Science. While attending Ithaca College where she excelled at running track and field Cassandra truly enjoyed maintaining a well-balanced lifestyle and healthy eating habits. Cassandra soon realized the extent to which food and exercise enhanced her quality of life and is why she decided to pursue a career as a registered dietitian. To fulfill this path, she continued her education by completing a Master’s Degree in Human Nutrition at Winthrop University in 2016, and, subsequently a dietetic internship through Winthrop in 2017.
ERIN FALLS, MS, RD, LDN, RYT
Erin is a Registered Dietitian and Yoga Instructor (RYT-200) in Charlotte, NC. She earned her Master’s in Nutrition from Winthrop University and Bachelor of Arts in Journalism from University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
Erin empowers her clients to make smart food choices, own their actions and find their healthiest, happiest selves through her nutrition counseling and customized meal planning services. She is passionate about helping others create a healthier lifestyle that works for them while educating them on the most up to date, evidence-based nutrition information.
