With our Sports Performance packages, you, the athlete, can train as an individual or surrounded by the motivation of your team. Each package comes completely customized and includes sport specific testing & assessments, periodized strength and conditioning programming, and a nutrition consultation or nutrition seminar with a Registered Dietitian.

TEAM PERFORMANCE TRAINING (TPT)

SPORTS PERFORMANCE GROUP TRAINING (SPGT)

Each class is designed, conducted, and monitored by a NEP Performance Specialist.


ELITE SPGT

Available to college, club, amateur, semi-professional, and professional athletes.

Limit: 8 athletes per group.

The NEP Elite SPGT program is the perfect solution for any adult athlete looking to increase their overall sports performance and athleticism levels. During this private 60-minute session athletes will:

  1. Decrease the risk of sport-related injuries
  2. Conduct elite-level strength and conditioning technique and periodized programming
  3. Conduct elite-level speed, agility, quickness, and reaction drills / exercises
  4. Improve overall explosiveness, strength, speed, and power
  5. Improve overall mobility, stability, and flexibility
  6. Prepare for specific tests and assessments such as combines and other scouting events
  7. Receive individual custom programs

 

VARSITY SPGT

Available to athletes ages 13-18. Each athlete must be enrolled in an approved middle school or high school.

Limit: 10 athletes per group.

The NEP Varsity SPGT Program is the perfect solution for any junior varsity or varsity-level athlete looking to increase their overall sports performance and athleticism levels. During this open 60-minute session athletes will:

  1. Decrease the risk of sport-related injuries
  2. Learn and utilize proper strength and conditioning technique and programming
  3. Learn and conduct speed, agility, quickness, and reaction drills / exercises
  4. Improve overall explosiveness, strength, speed, and power
  5. Improve overall mobility, stability, and flexibility
  6. Learn and develop proper nutrition habits
  7. Understand and develop a winning attitude
  8. Receive individual custom programs
