DARYL PRIDGEN, BS, CPT, USAW-1
Daryl Pridgen is a Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) through the American Council on Exercise (ACE) who comes from a background in personal training and strength and conditioning. He received his Bachelor of Science Degree in Sports and Fitness Management from the University of Wisconsin-Parkside while competing as a collegiate Olympic weightlifter and amateur strongman competitor. Daryl hails from Wisconsin, having interned with NX Level and has trained both professional and amateur athletes. He enjoys working with people of all fitness backgrounds through group exercise and training and participates in community outreach initiatives.
JAKE REYNOLDS, BS, CPT
Jake Reynolds graduated from Appalachian State University in 2013 with a bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science while also holding a Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) certification from the American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM). Aside from his continuing studies, Jake continues to pursue his own personal training which includes competitive powerlifter. Jake finds passion in the science behind strength and conditioning as well as researching concepts applicable to his methodology. He is excited to combine his two biggest passions of fitness and motivating people.
ALI WILCOX, MS, CPT, RYT
Ali Wilcox completed her masters’ degree in Kinesiology with a focus on Clinical Exercise Physiology (& a gerontology certificate) from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte while also holding a Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) certification through the American Council on Exercise (ACE). Ali uses her knowledge of exercise science to drive her passion for helping others understand the strength and power that a healthy lifestyle can have. Throughout her training, Ali has worked with all ages and abilities but finds her skills and knowledge are best suited for a chronic disease population. Ali educates and support my clients on how achieving a sustainable lifestyle will guide them to their health goals, even as those goals change.
ANDREW BARSUHN, MS, CSCS, CISSN
Andrew is a recent graduate of the University of Tampa’s Master of Exercise and Nutrition Science program, He is a certified strength coach and sports nutritionist. Andrew also loves to talk about all things food, strength sports, and video games. Throughout his detailed career, Andrew has had the opportunity to coach many athletes anywhere from the weight room to the pool, and finds the continous eagerness and inquisitiveness that is displayed quite refreshing
PATRICE BEASLEY, BS, CPT
Patrice Beasley is a Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) who has experience both coaching and personal training for a combined ten years. After finishing her undergrad at Eastern Michigan University, she went back to her Alma mater, Romulus High School, to help coach the Girl's Track Team. Before joining the NEP team, Patrice served as the Men's Assistant Men's Track Coach at Hampton University. Several of her athletes boasted success as National Qualifiers and All-Americans.
DYLAN CASPAR, BS, CSCS
A graduate of Queens University of Charlotte, Caspar completed his degree in sports and exercise science while also spending four years serving as a strength and conditioning coach for lacrosse, softball, tennis, golf, basketball, and soccer. Caspar has also gained experience working with Charlotte Country Day School and Clemson University. Caspar is CSCS certified through the NSCA and is s also working on earning his Master’s Degree in Exercise and Sports Science.
